I actually got two orders of these. I couldn't make up my mind which ones I wanted, so I got one order with the silver frames and one order with the gold frames. I ended up liking the silver framed ones better, so I kept them for myself and gave the gold framed ones to some of my friends.
In total, you get what you pay for.
What I received (keep in mind I had 2 orders):
3 pairs of gold framed aviators (rated UV400)
3 pairs of silver framed aviators (not UV rated)
6 pouches
Both the silver and gold glasses looked to be exactly the same dimensions. The silver framed ones have black plastic ear pieces, while the gold ones have this sort of brown and black striped plastic ear pieces. The frames seem to fit my face well (and I have a fairly large head), so no worries there.
The frames are wire frames. They needed a little adjusting, but keep in mind you just payed $7 for 3 pairs of glasses and pouches. They're not going to be perfect. The lenses had no scratches at all.
Both pairs are fairly dark. If you're one of those people who likes to wear sunglasses at night, these probably aren't for you. The mirror tint looks great though.
The bags, while they are included, are of fairly poor stitching quality.
Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, especially seeing as how I sold one pair to some kid at a party for $15, so basically I got 5 pairs for free. The moral of the story is that they're cheap, look slightly (but only slightly) more expensive than they are, and are a great buy.
When these pairs get destroyed, I'll probably buy more.
